Rates (fee per visit):

15 minutes: $20.00
20 minutes: $22.00
30 minutes: $25.00
45 minutes: $32.00
60 minutes: $40.00

* add $3 per visit for Saturday and Sunday service
* add $10 per visit for Holiday service
