Simple fee structure

• No consultation fee.
  
  

• No fee to return your keys after
  completion of job.
  
  

• No fee for additional pets.
  
  

• No fee for administering medication.
  
  

• No fee for same-day requests.
  
  

• No charge for cancellations by 9:00 AM
  for weekday services and by 4:00 PM on Friday for weekend services.*
  
  

• No surcharge for holiday visits
  for monthly clients.
  
  

• No fee for light household chores such as bringing in mail, taking out trash, watering plants, alternating lights, etc.
  
  

• No up-front payment.  
  
  

• Payment is easy and flexible. We accept checks and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
  
  

* Holiday cancellations differ. Notice must be given five
  (5) business days in advance.

Value-added service

• We provide biodegradable waste bags, a cost savings to you.
  

• Visits tailored to your pets. We work with you to determine the level of activity best suited for the health of your pet.

• No "pack" walking except for pets in the same household.*  

• Feedback via a written report at the
  end of each visit. Open and candid communication about your pet.

• Professionals with American Red Cross dog and cat first aid and CPR certification.

• Professionals with prior pet-care experience.

• Professionals who live in the area and can respond quickly to your requests.

• Professionals who are employees and not independent contractors.

• Quality assurance check for every job involving an overnight stay.

* Playdates and shared walking available upon requests, and both parties must be clients.
